Review | Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser

If I could ever recommend only one skin care product to you, I swear it would be this one. Back when I was receiving my monthly BirchBoxes I was sent this amazing product. You have to understand I literally have an entire drawer full of samples so it took me a while to coming around to trying this. I honestly had no desire to try this product because I thought the whole "hot cloth" thing was kind of weird, and quite frankly I was very content with my daily cleanser. Well, I finally tried it and holy hell it is amazing!

I tend to get dry/dead skin around my nose, but it's nothing a simple scrub can't fix. However, we all know facial scrubs should only be used 2 times max per week, and sometimes I don't feel like adding the extra step in my nightly routine anyway. Well this Cleanse/Polish duo is the ultimate 2 in 1 skincare product as it clears dead skin, cleanses your face, and leaves skin feeling baby soft!

The product is a 2 step process- first cleanse, then polish. You first massage the cream onto dry skin; the texture is like a thick lotion (not at all grainy or scrub like). After it is evenly applied, you then dampen the cloth in warm water, ring out, and wipe or"polish off." You will instantly see dirt on the cloth from your face! Kind of sick right?

The cloth is a very very thin material. I find the only downfall of this product is how hard it is to get the cloth to look clean. I haven't tried bleach or stain removers yet, but simply soaking in soap or throwing in the washer doesn't do the trick! Active ingredients in cleanser include rosemary, chamomile, cocoa butter, and eucalyptus.

This retails for $25.50 for a 3.3oz bottle up to $41.75 for a 6.7oz so it sways on the pricey side, but if you are in search for a new skincare product, this one will not let you down.
With that said, I HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone!

Have you tried any of Liz Earle's products? Let me know what you think!
